The Certificates I, II, III and IV in Spoken and Written English curriculum framework has been in use since 1992 and is now the most widely used language and literacy curriculum in Australia.

The 91421NSW Certificate I in Spoken and Written English curriculum documents, including the 91418NSW Course in Preliminary Spoken and Written English, contain theoretical background to the curriculum framework, an introduction to syllabus design, the modules and learning outcomes, as well as assessment strategies.

The curriculum documents have been prepared to fit into a ring-binder folder.
