I come Italia, by Paola Accattoli and Grazia Ancillani. An Italian culture course for Level A2/B1 of the Common European Framework of Reference

Aims : to discover the main aspects of Italian culture whilst you learn and consolidate your knowledge of the Italian language. The topics, in fact, have been carefully chosen so as to ensure a graded approach to the language.

The Student's book presents 20 files, divided into three parts to ensure a gradual approach in both contents and language. The first part is an introduction with basic geographical, language and cultural information. The second part deals with Italy from a social point of view and the third part takes a look at culture and up-to-date news. Each file is autonomous allowing the teacher total freedom. The volume includes a large variety of authentic material such as passages from books, songs, interviews and short articles from the press. There are numerous comprehension and revision activities, many of which are based on the style of the CILS 2 examination.

The CD audio includes a reading of extra material for each file and numerous listening, speaking and writing exercises.
