In this third edition of The Action Research Reader, we have drawn together some readings from earlier editions and supplemented them with a wide range of ‘new’ readings. In particular, we have attempted to give a historical picture of the development of action research through the work of some of its classical exponents and, in edition, to present something of the range of perspective of action research.
