They are suitable for adult and young adult learners, and include crosswords, downwords, wordfinds, quizzes and pair work puzzles, as well as a 'board game' and 'language collection pages'.
The book has teacher notes and answers, and the CD in the back of the book has a pdf of all the puzzles, for printing or projecting onto a whiteboard. It is fully photocopiable, with crosswords, a variety of language puzzles, quizzes on workplace idioms, pair work puzzles, and a ‘board game’. The level is lower intermediate to intermediate, so a high CSWE II moving into CSWE III (or ASCF 2 moving towards 3). Of course the level depends on how the puzzles are used – in pair work for workplace language discussion? As an early finisher activity? With teacher support, projected on the whiteboard?
